  • Thanks Mike, Nick, Sergio, Gio, Dre, & Eddie for the consistent motivation to achieve more from every WOD. I've been going to global gyms for over 12 years (I should not say that because I may be exposing my age :-x) but my last 5 months of Crossfit make my previous 12 years seem so dull. I've learned so much about my body and the limitations that I can reach that it's beyond what I could have ever imagined coming into this. Now my days are filled with the excitement of a new challenge, followed by a "why did I just do that" to a "I can't wait for tomorrow". Thank you guys for the dynamic that you offer and so much enthusiasm and confidence you instill in all your members. I've recruited over 12 people to join and anywhere I go I spread the CrossFit word. I know that there are boxes that keep popping up, but I doubt they have what we've got here. I speak for myself, and the CFitters that have joined with me like the saying says Often imitated, but Never duplicated. That's what IACF is all about. Thanks once again for the Bday shot out and thank you for always pushing me to get that extra rep and that one second less. To all the WOD'ers keep doing your thing and never quit!- Michael Bulnes

Did not have Internet access here at the beach house in Little Gasparilla Island so I was not able to see today's travel WOD. I ended up going way outside my comfort zone and challenged myself with a WOD I have been anxious to try - GI Jane! Burpee into kipping pull-up...100 of those bad boys!!! Mission accomplished!!! I Am Crossfit!!!

I was so curious about those burpee kipping pull-ups I had to youtube them...all I can say is Whoa Tamargo you are Crossfit!
