Every minute on the minute for 30 Minutes

First 10 minutes
5 Pull-ups
10 Air Squats
RTG 2-4 Bar Muscle Ups,
6 pistols alternating legs (3 each leg)
Second 10 Minutes
7 Kettle Bell Swings
7 Burpees
Final 10 Minutes
7 Box Jumps
7 Push-ups
