Advanced: 2 hang power cleans + 1 jerk
Beginner: 3 hang power cleans

    5:15rx – 110 Wall Balls in a row….Get some!

  5. 7:36 but last 50 could only get WB to Female line …arms dead need to improve lower body hip extension….but hey knee feeling much better and squatting below 90…very pleased!
