  1. 145#/DU EMOM. Still nursing a gimp knee. Badger Wars 14:10 RX. Found the KB GTOH seemed easier than KB swings.

    my legs are done. if i were a horse, i’d be put down. 30 HAM front squats and 168 split squat jumps…straight up torture.
