    Got through all 3 rounds of WU-WOD and 5 rounds of WOD :)

    Not bad for my first month!!!

  8. Thruster = 115#. Been at IACF for 11 months, and I had never tried to find my 1RM. Can’t believe I had never attempted it before today.

    “Broadsword” = 6 rounds with a 12kg KB.

    PR 115lbs 1RM thrusters. Been away from CF since march and honestly it has been months since the last time I went for my 1RM thruster So I was pleased :-) 5 rounds +15 for Wod. Overall happy with my performance and looking forward to progressing :-)
