8 kg KB, 5 rounds, clock caught me in the long jumps of the last round
Thrusters New PR 70LBS (7 weeks into Crossfit…I need to step it up!)
110 lb thrusters 1 rm. new PR
165 lb thrusters 1 rm.
5 rounds got caught on my 6th rep of goblet squat
New Thruster PR at 120lbs 1rm

75lbs one rep max thruster new PR!!! Almost hit 80 but was totally fatigued..
Got through all 3 rounds of WU-WOD and 5 rounds of WOD
Not bad for my first month!!!
Thruster = 115#. Been at IACF for 11 months, and I had never tried to find my 1RM. Can’t believe I had never attempted it before today.
“Broadsword” = 6 rounds with a 12kg KB.
5 rounds 60# thrusters 65 clean
PR 90lbs Thruster
PR 85lbs thruster; 5 rounds + 5 snatches (L) + 10 goblet squats + 5 snatches (R). Fun WOD.
PR 115lbs 1RM thrusters. Been away from CF since march and honestly it has been months since the last time I went for my 1RM thruster So I was pleased
5 rounds +15 for Wod. Overall happy with my performance and looking forward to progressing

5 Rounds + 4 Snatches (Weight RX, with walking lunges instead of broadjumps)
