16:30 RX , rowed 400 meters each round.
14:00 RX.
11:30 rx
12:32 RX (400m run).
Started off RTG, but had to scale down to RX after the first round.
KILLER.
Don’t be scared to go RTG gentlemen!!! I went at 155lbs and had to let the bar fall during my 2nd and 3rd rounds, but got it done. Time=11:39
Don’t ever let weight intimidate you! Pick it up and impress yourself.
