Also finished in 13:40 doing burpees instead of running
Cant wait for this WOD. Can something be done about the music, though? Less Drake & rap. Maybe something to get us pumped up? Metallica? Skrillex?
16:30… Burpees 35 lb backsquat
14:32 with 8 suicides instead of each 400m run and 45lb OHS.
10:39 at RX …instead of the water run I did 8 suicide laps
18:24 Rx with 400m run.
